HYPERDRIVE & HYPERJUMP

If you are in local system/Tactical you can see on your right side your ship. If your hyperdrive/Jump engines are on green you get the button “Hyperdrive”. This isn’t an instant action. It will require 2 tics of 15 seconds at least to jump out. So combat hyper jumping is a well-timed strategy! Once clicked it will say “Charging”. Then you get automatically moved to your star map. Also accessible through your left menu tab upper corner.

This is your star map. The mechanics are similar to Tactical/Local system. You click any system and press on the left “Move to system” until you are on top of it than “Enter The System”. Choose wisely where you go! Enemies will be everywhere! Once you enter it is up to you what you are planning to do in that system. To jump back out it’s simply “hyperdrive” again, let it charge, then move in Starmap again.

PLANET COMBAT - PLANET CONQUERING

In order to conquer a planet, the principles are more or less the same. A planet, Moon or asteroid has a lot more “health” than a ship. So it is best to go in a group or to be very patient. If that planet has no faction owning it! If it has a faction very likely enemy in your case. The enemy can and will have built shields and defences. You will be shot at from the location you are attacking and surrounding locations if you are within the range of the defences they built.

You just “Move to orbit” once you are literally above the planet or within 100 mkh you open fire until the health bar of the planet is red. To be sure you shot it all check your chat. If it says 0 damage done. It means the planet is fully emptied out.

Either a friend or yourself come back with a “Builder”. You don’t need minerals to terraform a planet for your faction. Once you are in orbit of the planet you press “Terraform” in the weapon systems section. Once that is done you will have to wait/protect your planet for up to 10 minutes. Congrats! The planet belongs now to your faction and gives you hourly income(faction-wise).

You can see to what faction planet belongs if you click on the planet it will show up under its name/range.
