In the previous page, you learned how to buy a ship and its interface in that page you learned also the action section of a ship and the launch action. If you are your miner you should have bought by now press launch you will be launched into your local/tactical map. Which you can always find back in the left menu tabs above you.

== Tactical map (Left side) ==

Your name

Target you clicked (in this case a planet) it can be blank if you haven't click anything.

Weapon systems: This case your mining lasers.

Short range scanners: Here you find targets, planets, astroids, moons, Starbases. To dock, press your starbase name or click on the map to fly closer until it shows. Than press in Target section “Move to Dock” and wait for the ticks to move you closer and auto dock you!

 

The Map (Center)

You see the map with planets, targets moving around, Space monsters(!) and many other things to enjoy!

Logo of your ship

Green/red health bar

Hyperdrive/repair hull/repair shield button/Cloak

Statistics: Hull, shield, cargo, speed, ….

Systems/Modules: You can activate them from this screen or deactivate them

Chat: You can close chat temporarily until you refresh your screen by clicking the big “X” as it can block your system/Module screen at the current moment. I closed it but is in the right corner down the page.

In order to mine you need to choose what “Minerals” you will mine and sell. The materials in the game you can find on this site. More...

The minerals for your faction can be sold for the most credits in your home system where you began. But sometimes you must fly very far to find them which makes it not efficient. To begin mine the planet closest to your base for a few times until your new ship!
